1. What you get

A free year of Kashikan Premium on the Apple ID you provide, via a shared redemption code (KASHI2026 at launch — the code may rotate). The same code is shareable with your audience: each redemption gives them the same free year.

2. What we ask

Make at least two pieces of content about Kashikan within 30 days of receiving the code. Mention "Kashikan" in the post and disclose the partnership clearly — #ad, #partner, or "in partnership with Kashikan", whichever fits your platform's rules.

3. How long this lasts

The KASHI2026 code expires 2026-06-30. If you join near or after that date, we'll issue you a fresh code. Your free Premium year starts on the day you redeem.

4. Reasonable use

Please don't post the code on coupon-aggregator sites, public Discord servers with 50k+ members, or anywhere outside your own channel. Apple caps the offer at 1000 redemptions per code per year — we'd rather your audience get the spots than r/AppleDeals.

5. If we end the partnership

Either side can step out anytime, no hard feelings. If we revoke the code (e.g. terms-of-service violation), redemptions already used by your audience are unaffected — they keep their year.

6. No money changes hands at v1

This is reciprocity, not affiliate revenue share. If the program graduates to paid affiliate later, we'll renegotiate with you first.

7. FTC / ASA disclosure

You're responsible for following your country's influencer-disclosure laws — US FTC requires #ad; UK ASA requires #ad; other jurisdictions have similar rules. Non-disclosure is a partnership-ending issue, not a gentle reminder.

8. Your data

We store your application data in Supabase. We won't share it. We won't email you for non-Kashikan stuff. If you want it deleted, email support@memoirji.com.

9. Apple's rules apply too

The redeem code flows through Apple's offer-code system. Apple requires the Apple ID to be a new subscriber to Kashikan; we can't override that. The eligibility checkbox in the application is what confirms this for your account.
