Is Memoirji free? What does it cost?

You can start and write your memoir for free, right in WhatsApp. When you want to keep it as a finished keepsake, there is a small one-time fee for your polished, downloadable memoir. There is no subscription, and you always see the price before anything is charged.

How do I pay, and what if my payment does not go through?

When your memoir is ready to keep, Memoirji sends you a secure card payment link. If a payment is declined it is almost always the card or bank, not us. Wait a moment and try again, or use a different card. Nothing is charged unless it succeeds, and you never lose your stories. If it keeps failing, message us and a real person will help.

Can I just speak instead of typing?

Yes. Instead of typing, tap the microphone in WhatsApp and simply talk. Memoirji understands your voice in any language and turns it into writing. Most people find speaking easier and more natural than typing, especially for longer memories.

What languages can I use?

Any language you like. Write or speak in the language you think in, whether that is English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, or another. Memoirji replies in your language and writes your memoir in it too. To switch, just tell Memoirji which language you prefer.

How do I get my memoir? Can I download a PDF?

When your memoir is ready, Memoirji sends it back for you to read, and it lives in your personal library. From there you can download it as a PDF or Word file, always with your latest edits included. If you would also like a printed keepsake book, just ask and we will help.

Can I edit or add to my answers later? Will my stories be deleted?

Yes, and no. Everything you share is saved in your personal library, and you can edit any paragraph or add more at any time. Your stories are not deleted, they stay yours. You can also hide any part so it never appears in the shared version or in downloads.

Can I add photos?

Yes. In your personal library you can add up to three photos to each section, plus a cover photo for each memoir. They appear in your shared page and in your downloads.

How long can my memoir be?

As long as you like. Answer a handful of questions for a short memoir, or keep going across many sittings for a fuller life story. You can always come back later and add more.

Can I pause and come back later?

Of course. Stop replying whenever you need to, and pick up again by messaging Memoirji when you are ready. Your place and everything you have written are saved.

Is this private, and who am I talking to?

Your stories are private to you and are never shared unless you choose to share them. Memoirji is an AI memoirist that asks the questions and shapes your words, and a real person is always reachable at support@memoirji.com if you need help.
